WELCOME TO BIRMINGHAM VULCANS RUGBY
Practices are every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at Ramsay Park
No experience is necessary to come to practice and give it a try.
Vulcans, here are some things you need to do before your first match:
1. Pay club dues for this season. See the payment info at the bottom of this page.
2. C.I.P.P. register with USA Rugby as a member of Birmingham. Go to usarugby.org, click the link on the left for "Registration 09-10," follow the instructions, pay the $35 online, print out the waiver, sign it, and bring it to practice. If we do not already have a copy of your current driver's license and health insurance card on file from this year or last year, bring those to practice too. Give those things to Allen or Laney. If they are not available, give them to another coach or officer.
3. Check out our "Calendar / Schedule" link to the left, and plan accordingly.
4. Learn the rules of Rugby the best you can, even if we covered some of them at practice and even if you are not a rookie
